Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Use CUPRE+ for 30 days. If you're not happy with your results, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue you a full refund — and you can keep the mask. There's nothing to ship back.

To request a refund, email support@trycupre.com with:
- the name on the order, and
- your order number.

We respond to every request within 1 business day. Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

To keep things fair, the money-back guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@trycupre.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Items that arrive late or never arrive
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you don't have it, please wait 1–2 business days (carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early), then contact us. If it still hasn't arrived, we'll help locate it or send a replacement. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only modify or cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order is in transit, our standard guarantee above applies.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact support@trycupre.com and we'll make it right.
