We ship CUPRE+ worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the carrier options available there. The exact cost is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery windows are:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during sale periods, holidays, or due to carrier or customs delays outside our control.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can also add time to international deliveries. Please check your local import rules if you're unsure.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in discreet, secure packaging with no branding on the outside.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we're happy to reship it once any additional shipping cost is covered.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, please wait 1–2 business days (carriers sometimes scan early), then contact us. If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email support@trycupre.com with your order number and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.
