These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website trycupre.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Cupre ("Cupre," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence (and at least 18 years old) to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information so we can fulfill your orders and contact you when needed.

3. Products and pricing
Our products are cosmetic skincare items intended for external personal use. We work to display product details, images, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even after an order is confirmed.

4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Promotional offers, including any money-back guarantee, are limited to one per customer or household unless stated otherwise, and are for new customers only where specified.

5. Payment
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the billing information is accurate. Orders are processed once payment is authorized.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Returns and refunds

8. Cosmetic product disclaimer & safe use
CUPRE+ is a cosmetic product for external use only. To use it safely:
- Patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
- Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if it persists.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical or skin condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.
- Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Our products and any statements about them are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any equivalent authority. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, the "CUPRE+" name and branding, images, videos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Cupre and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

11. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This section does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cupre and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupre from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
